Our full-day childcare service operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The regular dismissal time is 4:00 p.m., and extended care is available until 5:30 p.m. when needed. An additional extended-care fee applies after 4:00 p.m., in accordance with the school’s policy.

Daily nutritious meals are provided for children: breakfast from 8:00 to 9:00 AM, lunch (including three dishes and fruit) from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and a snack from 3:30 to 4:00 PM. The meal schedule will be announced at the beginning of each month.

Each class is limited to 12 children and led by qualified early childhood educators, maintaining a 1:12 teacher-to-student ratio. Our small-class approach allows teachers to better understand each child’s individual needs and developmental pace, while providing meaningful interaction, personalized guidance, and attentive care in a safe, stable, and supportive learning environment.

Parents or guardians are responsible for transporting their children to and from school, either by car or public transportation. The kindergarten is conveniently located near Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT Station and Dongmen MRT Station, approximately an 8–10-minute walk from either station.

Children are required to wear Horizon school uniforms each day, including seasonal uniforms and sportswear for both summer and winter.

Each academic term is planned to span approximately 5.5 months. During the winter and summer breaks, the school schedules approximately one to two weeks for teacher preparation, curriculum planning, and the inspection and maintenance of campus facilities and equipment. These scheduled breaks help maintain high teaching standards and ensure a safe, well-maintained learning environment.

The kindergarten maintains close and timely communication with parents through digital communication journals, telephone calls, and face-to-face meetings. Through regular updates and ongoing dialogue, parents are kept informed about their child’s learning, daily experiences, and development at school, fostering a positive, trusting, and collaborative home–school partnership.

We provide a dedicated outdoor play area for children, including a sandbox to enhance the children's play experiences. With professionally designed physical activities by our teachers, children engage in one hour of physical exercise daily to develop and strengthen their motor skills.
